Total Business Group was started in 2004 by Matt Miller with a very simple business plan:
“Treat your customers right. Say what you will do, and do what you say”.
Adhering to this simple yet powerful concept, Total Business Group has exponentially expanded today to now support small, medium, and large businesses across Eastern Massachusetts (from Gloucester to Attleboro) in meeting and managing both their web presence and IT computer needs.

Matt Miller has worked in the high-tech field for over 32 years. He started Total Business in 2004. Prior to that, he held industry positions as senior engineer, senior architect, and infrastructure manager for several corporations such as BBN, GTEI, Genuity, Storability, Level3 Communications, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Matt has designed network solutions to support data traffic from customers such as Microsoft and AOL. He’s also designed data centers for large ISPs, and global networks for storage management companies. In addition, he has two patents for the development of wide area networking solutions. Matt graduated from Boston’s Emmanuel College, and lives in a small town south of Boston with his wife. | |

Dan Makarski served proudly in the US Marines where he received training in electronics and computer technology. Over the last ten years he has worked as a computer engineer and senior engineer at companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Arbella Insurance Company. Three years ago he left his comfortable position at Arbella to join Total Business Group as a partner. |
