Southwickszoo in Mendon MA Total Business designed and manages all of the Southwick's Zoo network infrastructure as well as their website. For the zoo's web presence we provided a site based on an open source content management system. This solution allows the zoo staff to login to a web interface and manage all the content on the site - with absolutely no web design or coding experience or knowledge. News items are updated in the same way and can be set to automatically expire as time passes or remain online indefinitely. Additionally, the solution provides full ecommerce shopping services to customers of the zoo's online edition of their award winning gift shop.

World View Mall Total Business designed, hosts, and manages a fully functional online mall for World View Mall. The site provides "turn-key" low cost ecommerce services to retail establishments wishing to do business online. The mall site enables and processes sales, shipping, customer relations management, tax processing, and much more for separate, unrelated retail stores. Each store owner manages their own site from within a user friendly web-based graphical user interface. Once again, the customer makes all their own updates without needing to know anything about web design or coding.

Total Counselor - Estate Planning and Tax services This site was designed to provide advertising and customer support for a tax and estate planning attorney. Over the last couple of years this site has received numerous accolades for its ease of use and well designed traffic flow. If customers can not find what they need on your site they will look elsewhere. Total Business brings you years of experience optimizing web sites for customer ease of use and guided traffic flow.

After several years satisfaction with their existing website, Total Counselor recently commissioned Total Business to develop for them a new database driven website that allows them to manage content, post blogs, and update their content easily through an integrated content management interface. All the same ease of use and traffic flow concepts still apply only now they will be able to rapidly update their site themselves allowing them to take full advantage of their Internet presence.

We Run for You - door to door dry cleaning This is an example of a simple advertizing "billboard" website. The project was specified to be "simple, easy to use, and budget consious". The goal here was to capture the flavor of the business and provide critical business information in a crisp, cost-effective, and concise manner.

OrthoSportsMED - Physical Therapy Total Business manages and hosts the OrthoSports website. The web design company that originally developed this site went out of business suddenly - Total Business took over the site, moved it to our servers, and continues to provide ongoing support and website management for OrthoSports.
